Long, flowing strokes and rhythmic kneading to ease generalized tension, improve circulation, and bring your nervous system back to baseline.
Mount Pleasant, South Carolina
Advanced therapeutic bodywork and somatic healing — tailored to where you are today, and where you want to be.
About Me
I've been doing this work since May 2009 — not because it's a career, but because I genuinely believe in what skilled, intentional touch can do. Over 16 years and thousands of sessions, I've developed an approach that's intuitive, evidence-informed, and deeply personal.
My work goes beyond muscle and fascia. I work with the whole person — the physical patterns your body has held onto, and the emotional ones too. Whether you're here for pain relief, athletic recovery, or something harder to name, I'll meet you exactly where you are.
Myokinetic Touch is a space where your body gets to be heard, not just treated.
What I Offer
Every session starts with a real conversation about what's going on for you. From there, I draw on whatever combination of techniques will actually help — not a menu, a response.
Relaxation
Long, flowing strokes and rhythmic kneading to ease generalized tension, improve circulation, and bring your nervous system back to baseline.
Therapeutic
Slow, deliberate work into deeper muscle layers and fascia — addressing chronic tension patterns, adhesions, and the postural imbalances that build over time.
Performance
Pre- and post-event work to prepare your body for performance, speed recovery, and reduce injury risk — for competitive athletes and weekend warriors alike.
Specialized
Gentle, pregnancy-appropriate techniques to relieve back pain, reduce swelling, and support your overall wellbeing throughout every stage of pregnancy.
Structural
Sustained, gentle pressure to release fascial restrictions, restore range of motion, and ease pain throughout the connective tissue network that holds everything together.
Restorative
Very light, rhythmic work following the body's lymphatic pathways to reduce inflammation, support immune function, and accelerate recovery — including post-surgical healing.
Mind · Body · Soul
A deeper invitation — to connect with what your body has been wanting to say all along. Somatic work is a visit into the past, present, and future. It bridges the body to the mind and the soul, gently surfacing what's been held in the tissue so it can finally move.
Your Experience
Choose your session length and a time that works for you. The scheduler handles the rest — no phone tag, no back-and-forth.
Every session begins with a real conversation — where you are, what's been going on, what you're hoping to get out of today. This isn't a formality; it shapes everything.
Tailored in real time to your body's needs. I draw on whichever modalities make sense — structural, therapeutic, somatic, or all three.
Before you leave, we talk through what came up and how to support your body in the days ahead — stretches, hydration, and anything specific to your session.

Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and somatic work. Most sessions blend multiple techniques based on what your body needs that day.
Somatic work is deeply connecting with your own body — to hear what it's been wanting to say all along. It's a visit into the past, present, and future, connecting the body to the mind and the soul. It's not always easy to describe, but most people recognize it when they experience it.
I accept Zelle and Venmo for easy, contactless payment. Payment is collected at the time of service.
48–72 hours ahead is ideal for the best availability. Same-week spots do open up sometimes — check the scheduler and see what's there.
Yes. After the first trimester, prenatal massage is safe and genuinely beneficial when done by a trained therapist. I use specialized positioning and pregnancy-appropriate techniques throughout.
Come hydrated, skip heavy meals for an hour or so beforehand, and be ready to have a real conversation about what's going on with you. First sessions always start with an intake — it's how I make sure we're working toward what you actually need.
Monthly is a good baseline for general wellness. For chronic pain, athletic recovery, or ongoing somatic work, bi-weekly or even weekly sessions tend to produce more lasting results. We'll figure out what makes sense for your goals.
